Single roofs :-

The pitched roofs which has span less than 5m (17ft) are said to be as single roofs.
Types of single roofs :-
*Lean to or shed or verandah roof ....upto 2.5 m
*Couple roof........................................upto 3.6 m
*Close couple roof..............................upto 4.2 m
*Collar beam roof or collar tie roof....upto 5.0 m

Lean to or shed or verandah roof span upto 2.5m:-
