It's not just a question to architecture as we talk about why do architects waste time on making complex building designs it's a question to those people who are creative in making something complex and interesting.

what is complex?

COMPLEX:-

Anything which requires time to understand is basically said to be as complex like In fast raps or any drawings you need to spend some time and you will understand it but it will increase your curiosity about knowing what did basically you thought about while designing.

ARCHITECT THINKING :-

I am a student in architecture college and I can visualize what architects think while designing a building especially a public building 

FOR EXAMPLE:-

1.) school design 

2.) shopping mall

3.) hotel 

4.) colleges 

anyone enters the building would love the creativity of the architect its not about that building must be complex but while thinking something extraordinary some new thoughts came about building design and which converts it into complex structures, here I am not saying about that classy buildings are not good it's all about the choice of architect even i love classy buildings some aesthetics and many more
